I have a mostly flat roof, I go up there sometimes when it's warm. I can climb out my window and up the small ridge of my lower-angled roof and it leads me right up to the top and I set up a lawn chair or whatever and its a great spot to sit and hang out...

Definetly not... I know my DC and the bridges are wrong and the streets aren't lined up like that... you can't manage to never get on one of the diagonal state roads in 3 years. Also, arlington isn't squared off that close to the water. The cemetary is right there and takes up a lot of greenspace.
