I can't beleive that some people are saying that it was right for the cop to leave because the injuries were "punishment" for biking like an idiot. He was biking like an idiot, got hit, now he should get some help from the person who hit them. Cop nearby? Should probably help out. Hit by a cop? No reason for the cop…

The fact that it was his fault doesn’t change the fact that the cop left the scene. Hell, it doesn’t even matter that the cop was involved. Cops don’t just drive away from accidents.
