sIt isn't the phone, it is the infrastructure. CDMA can do Simultaneous Talk and Data. The tech has been in EV-DO Rev B for many years. The only problem is, no carrier has updated to Rev B yet. American Carriers are still using EV-DO Rev A. Most of the world is still on Rev 0.
