@Homer Berkowitz: As long as you don't coup yourself up in your apartment/house for long periods of time...Positive inside pressure shouldn't be an issue. Every time you would open a door for a moment, it would pretty much equalize since the positive pressure is so minimal.

Technically anyone could call their store an... "app store", as long as it's not capitalized?
