I’m definitely not defending what happened, but to answer your second question most department store restrooms also have a women’s lounge that would be much nicer and far more comfortable than a fitting room.

But you probably had adults explain to you how awful and offensive that language is and not using it casually around you. She likely doesn't. Not making excuses but 15 is still very much a child and a product of their environment and upbringing.
