Pantograph arms are pretty common, especially on trucks.  My 1980 Firebird has a pantograph on the driver’s side.  This is the first time I’ve ever seen in on a single arm, though.

All I could see in this video was the GT Sport Tokyo track... 

The previous generation Yaris had this pantograph monoblade too. It’s kind of mesmerizing to watch.
