At 69 with prison healthcare (and diet) I’m not sure there is going to be an “after”.

The guy should have gotten way more than five months — that said, he didn’t callously, purposefully, and with full control of his own faculties, kill those people. This guy did try to do that.

I would wager there would be some motorcycle riding felons in prison with him, it probably won’t be a fun 15 years for him.

He’s already 69. 15 years might as well be life.

I’d be genuinely surprised if he lives through his entire sentence. Maybe that’s the point though.

Most people don’t put more than 5 or 6k miles a year on a bike unless they are commuters. This bike is probably a poor choice as a commuter bike (for obvious reasons). Doing this ever two years is a bummer, though.

Ducati shop rates are crazy. Would easily triple if not quadruple the cost of the job.

Does this really measure reliability though? There’s no mention of major repairs or engine/tranny replacements. Anything can run for 200k miles if you throw enough money at it. Well anything except a Fiat anyway.
