Back when Mazda still sported “Zoom-zoom” as its corporate mantra .... The Protege 5 (hatchback/wagon, BJ 1998-2003)—with a 2.0l inline 4 putting out 130 hp and 135 lb-ft, mated to a 5-speed and a pretty dynamic chassis—would have to be my choice.

I owned a silver 2003 Eclipse GTS new (yes, the same one from the commercial that Dave Chappelle parodied on his show), and I feel they did the Altezza lights the right way - by having the light surrounds be dark grey instead of chrome. Much more subtle.
This is why I took my 1987 Yugo GV off of Turo.
You mean, Bender Bending Rodriguez?
Love my Mazda 3... :+)
This time - make it so you can see out.
OOf I feel personally attacked owning 2 cars on this list. I guess I should play defense.
The Model S is a great car. Yes its got terrible fitment issues. Yes the interior is woefully cheap for its price range. But if discussing price, can you name another car that can do what it could do for that money at the time of…
That is their problem, not the rest of the world’s. Sucks to be them.
Tesla still has the supercharger network which is the main value for the brand. If they open it then other EVs will be great but until then CCS charging infrastructure in most of the US is still terrible if you want to road trip your car at all.
“On the flip side, we in the U.S. seem to have just given up, forcing everyone to be continually reinfected with a still-not-entirely-understood virus for the sake of the almighty dollar while entirely barring immunocompromised people from participating in society with our lack of countermeasures.”
Dude, grow up a little. Do you go to your company party’s award ceremony and slap coworkers? All us mere mortals would be shown the door by security and looking for new jobs, regardless of what the other guy said about our cheating bald-headed wife.
Hyundai/KIA best just suck it up and lower their prices by $7500 until those new facilities are ready. Call it “buying market share”.
If you live in a snowy climate: getting a second set of wheels and having dedicated snow tires and summer tires. There are not many things more relieving than being able to drive through blizzard conditions without the anxiety of your car slipping all over the road.
Remote controlled bollards.... impractical? Yes. But the video would probably be worth it.
It’s alright overall (except for the rear wing)
God forbid the people buying these cars get any sort of financial break, you absolute loser.
I mean, Ford wanted a Wrangler competitor. Significant recalls really give you that FCA experience.
I will say that them delivering a car to you with a seven day test drive period and them coming to you to buy a used vehicle is really nice. I sold a vehicle to a dealership recently- got an online quote, took it in and I then had to haggle and shit over the price they offered to me in-person, which was two grand…
What comes next for the Maverick?
