We saw one 1040 form from eight years ago. The thing with 1040s is that they show the percentage of income that was paid out, but not what the source of income was. So for example, it might show that he made x much money, and paid y in taxes, but you don't see how he made the x in money.

The only concern about that is it might discourage home ownership and further erode our middle class. Also, I think that it's important for history to remember how appalling Trump is. I don't want him to go down as a Jacksonian style populist. I'd prefer for the history textbooks to have big color illustrations of pissed off people marching in the streets.

I always thinking more like top 20 most recognizable states, in which case I'd throw Pennsylvania into the mix. Like, the States that a fairly well-educated person from outside our country might be familiar with.

Except like The Apprentice, they're not being judged on the basis of their ability to perform the job. It's more like a casting call. Do you look like a Secretary of State? If I as casting a movie, would your State Department feel like a good Hollywood story? Will you play well with audiences? That sort of thing.
