Same. And yet none of them seem to regret what they were voting for, only who. Like, their only complain is that he's been too inept to actually spirit away all the brown people like promised.

I wonder if Evil Morty is just our Morty from the future?
Not to mention that liberals manage to be sarcastic without referencing Nazis. It's kind of telling that they immediately gravitate towards that.
Mmmm. Savage whipping.
Frankly, that just sounds like a regular New York Post headline.
Oh. Well, that depends. I'm actually not a huge Marvel or DC reader, but fortunately I've really been trying to get my little sister into comics so I've gone through a bunch of their titles recently. There's not overt nudity or sex, but sometimes they touch on inappropriate topics. For example, in Miss Marvel, she…
Image and Vertigo put forward very sexualized titles, though that sort of comes with the territory. Unfortunately, they're also two of the best imprints in the industry. I keep wanting to recommend Saga or WicDiv to my younger relatives, but I can't because of the risque content. Still, sometimes it can be a pretty…
Wait, what series has a black robin? I wasn't aware of that.
This touched upon in the original manga. And it was a major feature in Stand Alone Complex.
If you say that you were 'standing your ground', then you don't go to prison at all.
And arguably the anime pared down some of the ideas from the original manga.
What about the one vaguely ethnic one who is completely harmless and non-threatening but becomes known as the 'bad boy' for unexplained reasons?
That's probably why they're doing this. They've run out of horrible things to put on cards, so they need to take a look at the Republican's internet history to get new ideas.
As a gay person of color, I can definitely say that racism can be an issue in the gay community as well. And homophobia can sorta be an issue in my own ethnic community as well. I mean, nobody I know has an issue with me being gay, but in my community, people don't really know how to deal with that in a non-awkward…
Lennon has always struck me as a bit of an asshole. He seems like he's one of those people who's only concerned with doing 'good things' in order to prove that he's better than everyone else. I don't know, but a lot of his work and statements come off as condescending.
That's right. Sorry, it's been a while since I read it.
Maybe I'm interpreting it wrong, but I'm not sure I would describe it as heroic. I don't know, but the whole thing feels kind of mocking to me. The idea that going around beating people up is sexy and glamorous doesn't really seem to fit into the general feel of the novel.
I weirdly thought that it was kind of suitable, though. I mean, the entire point of that scene (in the original comic) was that it wasn't supposed to be sexy. It was all part of the broader theme of grounding our hero fascination in realism, showing this 'superhero' as a Middle Aged guy who can't really get it up. …
Technically it means 'anti-living', which makes sense, because it's only effective against live pathogens.
Half of his campaign was about the 'inner cities'. He described them like they were a warzone or something. Not to mention all the birtherism.
