I have 10 vacation days left. I'm only going to use 5 and carry over the other 5, again, as I've done for the last 4 years.

I think that's done a lot of times because they don't find it up on par with their own name brand, but they don't want to take a loss, so they have it OEM'd. Not that it's not a bad deal, but it's why that deal exists in the first place.

What vermouths? For the sweet vermouth, I highly recommend Carpano Antica. It's great for manhattans, boulevardiers, or just sipping on its own.
For the Absinthe, are you drinking it on its own, or mixing? It can be expensive, so I'd recommend getting pastis or something similar, that's cheaper and has that same anise…
