@mjt308: why not add calls if your going to give it cellular functionality? I'm sure a lot of people would pass on it if it was 3G for internet only as adding a 3G baseband will probably make it cost about the same as a phone too.

I have my iPhone's first screen in the old stock form (the layout they used on 2.0) I just never bothered to change it. I sort the rest of my home screens by how frequently I use the apps.
