Exactly, and a poached egg white is soft all the way around, making this nice little pouch (hence, 'poach') with a creamy yolk in the middle. When you fry an egg, the heat is higher, the yolk may become cooked more on the bottom than the top, and the whites on the bottom may get too firm (or even crunchy!)

I disagree that this is poached, like so many others. I think this is termed basted eggs.

I've seen him poach eggs in water more often than this technique, where you continually spoon hot oil or fat over the egg. I've also not seen him call that spooning of oil "poaching".

When I had no a/c during the summers, a fan blowing over me with just a sheet was enough to keep me cool. I sleep like shit if it's above 70 in my room, so a fan was necessary.

I don't know if this is normal, but my mouse cursor can move from the top to the bottom of the screen with only my fingers moving a little bit. I generally don't move my arm at all.

My brother makes it last even longer, forever actually. He sleeps on top of the comforter and uses a blanket to cover up. Then he throws the pillow case into his wash.

Yes, I hate it, and now the pillow case is a different color than the rest of the set, and who knows what the comforter smells like.

Also, get yourself some safety ice picks on a lanyard if you are going out on the ice.

I do this all the time too and it works really well. I find it's easy to fall asleep watching Mythbusters (which I've seen all of them, so it's not super new and fascinating), or Dirty Jobs.

I just want to give my two cents. I used to be able to fall asleep no problem. Give me a solid 15 minutes anywhere, and you will see me napping. However over the course of several years, I found that I had a harder and harder time falling asleep. Laying in bed thinking or just waiting to fall asleep for an hour or two…

I've accidentally left frozen pizza out. The dough will start to rise and smell yeast-y. I refroze and cooked it later on, it was fine, but a little lopsided.
