@iu_wakusei: Crimson Skies on the PC was actually the first game I ever played, and what got me into gaming. I must have clocked that game literally at least 25 times. #flyinggames

In FPS games, you can either have the enemies fight harder, or fight smarter. Smarter is obviously the more fulfilling choice for the player, but A.I is difficult and time-consuming to code. So the developer falls back to harder. Which of course, consists of infinite resources/weapons, buffs, infinite enemies, etc

Anyone noticed that Bungie didn't mention the screens at all in their Weekly Update? Or that anyone that mentions them in the forums gets banned? I have a mental image of them sitting in Bungie HQ with their hands over their ears going 'LALALALALALA' #haloreach

Would go great with the Mongoose ATV that was featured before. #halo3odst

@spiderweb1986: "Maybe I'm cynical, but all I see with Halo Waypoint is a way to promote their shiny new game, their anime, and their new books."

@hot_heart: I wish they'd made the ODST suit come without the helmet. Then you could have the seperate helmet on or off, or use the Recon helmet. #halowaypoint

@FlameSama1: You can watch a new Halo anime episode each Saturday for free and get free avatar awards that are better than most of the crap in the marketplace. If you don't think there's any point in getting all this free Halo stuff, you don't even have to download it, not like it's a compulsary update. #halowaypoint

The new streaming tech and my broadband connection don't play well together. So much for watching the anime shorts... #halowaypoint

@Blue Ninja: Well it could either be the number of heatsinks it has left, and I seem to remember that the larger 'heavy weapon' class guns like rocket launchers do actually have a set ammo as opposed to the small arms, though I could be misremembering. #masseffect2

@kftgr: I found it on the ME wiki, but the interview they cite can be found here

@Blue Ninja: You can either let your weapon cool down in the usual way like in ME1, or you can eject one of a fixed number of heatsinks if you need your gun ready to fire ASAP. Because the purpose of it is to provide a 'reloading' aesthetic to the game it gets confused with actual reloading of ammo. #masseffect2

@n00b_pwner: The way I understand it is that you can either let your weapon cool down in the usual way like in ME1, or you can eject one of a fixed number of heatsinks if you need your gun ready to fire ASAP. #masseffect2

Haha, joke's on you, Steam! We'll all be underwater in ten! #satoruiwata

I'm confused why game devs are all suddenly doing this. What exactly is the benefit for the devs? What is their motivation? All they seem to have accomplished is the alienation of a large chunk of their fanbases, for little or no benefit that I can see. #idsoftware

@EchoSix: Actually, scratch the above. The more I think about it, the more I realise there's no way bungie would change the combat model that much. Guess I just panicked there for a sec heh. #haloreach

I played the demo, and I was kinda disappointed. Even with the new infected, it's still just backpedal, shoot until dead, rinse, repeat, search for moar dakka. I may pick it up, but only in a year or two when it's alot cheaper. Between this and MW2, I won't be buying anything new until ME2 next year. But at least I

You got CoD in my Halo...

I'll only start talking if someone is actually interested in working together and planning tactics. I'm really not interested in small talk/insults/singing/rap music etc etc etc. (I'm from NZ)
