With any luck, it will also mean fewer toxic players yelling at your team because losing is everyone’s fault but theirs. Those kinds of people are usually drawn to ranked play, because they probably can’t think about their Elo without getting aroused.

Consoles will get an update mid-July I believe. My understanding is that the approval process (red tape) of Sony/Microsoft makes rolling out patches more arduous - thus, the updates necessarily get bundled and released together. It’s not feasible for them to hot fix issues for console like it is on PC.

Doom’s first big post-release update is coming on June 30. The update includes a photo mode, bug fixes, lobby improvements, and most importantly, the ability to place a gun in the center of the screen, like the old games. Hell yes!

Yeah, would be better to have one update to all platforms at the same day. But the fact that Sony and Microsoft demand certification makes this harder to do.

I’m wondering about that too. We still haven’t had the Widowmaker and McCree nerfs, which cannot come soon enough seeing as how I’m a Zenyatta main.

Uh, have you ever seen a GOOD Genji? He’s an amazing flanker and one of the few hard counters for Bastion. Yes, in inexperienced hands he may be an unwieldy waste, but, when played well, he’s fantastic!
