Remember the EPA recalculated its MPG ratings to better reflect real world driving so the numbers dropped. Also in some cases manufacturers were posting inflated numbers. Ford and a few Japanese manufacturers come to mind.

Meh... brakes, oil changes and tire rotations are pretty basic ( alomg with battery swaps and spark plugs to round things out ) 

Clutch and rear tires I’d say. If they spun the tires and left gouges in the tread that can be construed as “sportive” driving and grounds for denying a tire warranty claim.

That will work as long as the chassis isn’t tapped out. I have my doubts about an S550 coping with 700+ horsepower (which is another reason for the DCT - its traction control by any other name) but once the chassis is tapped out any increases in power become super incremental.

You mean the Getrag and not Tremec designed DCT in the Focus, which oddly enough, Getrag also provided the transmission for the GT supercar.

That’s the same A10 used in the 2018+ Mustang (well probably a few internal materials and programing aside).

Yeah... I’m pretty sure they have an handle on that now... if not I wouldn’t be typing this since I’m about 10 minutes away from where the navy routinely refuels their nuclear aircraft carriers and another 10 minutes away from where they let the majority of the east coast’s aircraft carriers and subs bob in the water.

Can’t go to sleep or so devoid of interaction they just fall asleep? EV’s are more or less sensory deprivation chambers with only wind and tire noise to catch your attention then throw in a “self” driving mode to further relax the driver and you get “idiots” literally asleep at the wheel.

If it’s cold out then no reason to switch out the snow tires. Now if you go from snow/ice to Saharah desert on a weekly basis then it might be a different story. Snow tires can still tolerate infrequent bouts of warm weather during winter no problem all the same.
