Nope, if your lucky enough to work for a company that has that benefit then yes you accrue leave time. I work for a fairly good company that allows you to accrue leave time but they cap the amount of time you can earn in a 12 month period so bunch of overtime just nets you pay after you max out the leave time.

Preferring a manual has nothing to do with hate.
