Include all the accessories on a low compression engine with a fairly low rev range. These engines were barely more advanced than thier 60's counterparts.

The biggest problem isn’t twice the number of injectors or pumps. It’s the consumer. Your not going to get the majority of people to regularly clean the intake tract on a DI engine without some draconian method like mandatory service intervals (that say render a vehicle inoperative using a heavily encrypted reset…
Holy fuckballs!!!!!!!!!
It was a decent flick, just not intended for audiences raised on non stop action.
Maybe? It all depends on how much force the government is willing to expend and whatever constraints are coded into the law.
The sort of dumb “play soldier” shit you used to do when you were a kid except with big boy implements.
Indeed, they need to modify the NDAA and consider domestic terrorist a national defense issue and round these fuck heads up. Put on a little tribunal show and send them on to their eternal reward.
Frankly anything that isn’t either a single shot break action, bolt action, or muzzle loading long gun should be illegal.
Hmmm... where have I seen this before????
The “you can’t see me” Cena bit reached peak C&C Mustang joke status a few replies up.
They have to put some teeth in it. If Ford doesnt attempt to enforce the contract then it opens the door for other owners to do the same and if at some point they decided to arbitrarily enforce the contract it would be an even bigger waste of money since the owner probably wouldn’t even need a lawyer and just show up…
Astute observation!
There is a joke in there somewhere?
Its no secret Multimatic builds the GT for Ford making it a fine product of Canada.
Nothing... this is the new normal.
I wonder where a CGI gas engine block falls in the weight savings department? I wouldn’t expect it to be terribly lighter but cast iron has some nice features over aluminum ( no need for liners aside) but its hard to beat aluminum for the weight savings and the ability to make intricate castings.
Yeah... no...
I wonder if the federal data was based on tickets issued with the often used “speed was a factor”.
Heh.. good point but that’s good ammo for the fan bois. When I ran my GT350 at VIR I was able to hang with a C6 Z06 through the turns no problem (out of the turn better low and midrange plus lighter curb weight meant he could pull me on the straights to be fair).
