I want to make it to 3 years here before I make a move elsewhere. I'm on good standing and there are opportunities for me to gain new skills or certs. I just don't to feel like I'm stuck though should this happen again and I do become expendable.

Good news for me, but bad news for some. There were layoffs today and luckily I made the cut on my team, but two people were let go and another two are being moved to a different team.

Thanks. It was a huge cut. But for my team, they're trying to remove some more tedious work and streamline what we do.

People got laid off at my company. I was spared, but they're scaling back my team and moved two people while firing two others.
