my guess is one is a zoom lens, and it blends the photos together to get over the horrid zoom issues the regular htc one had. seeing as when he zoomed in the photo was still crisp and clear, that was not the same ultrapixel camera in the htc one. (i have a one, the zoom on it is just god aweful.)
