ios got a mobile version of UE3 as did android, the surface is running the whole engine, not a mobile version. that means to port console games and pc games is a breeze and will work 1:1 not like going to a mobile version of the engine where shaders are different and textures can only be so big etc.

i have the samsung epic 4g, its got a 1650 mah battery, and a screen that is bigger than the iphones, and my phone has consistently outlasted iphones of friends by a couple hours. if a company "dedicates" itself to long battery life, the iphone should be running like a phone from 2001 that gets 3 weeks to a charge.…
