Thank you so much for the thoughtful reply! We’ll see about the program. They have a binge eating-specific program and my therapist thinks there will be other diabetics. I think it’s common to have type 1 diabetics with EDs, but I’m hoping that’s not all.

Thank you so much. It’s nice to hear that from someone who knows. I’ll keep it in mind for when I have bad days. It runs in my family on both sides so I think that is a big part of it.

This is impossible for me. What I actually found is that if you soak your fingers or toes a bit after you paint them, the polish on the skin comes off almost by itself. I’m not sure at this point whether or not it does anything to the polish. I don’t think so. That’s my trick!
