I am so thankful every day that I was born and raised in Minnesota and still live here. Jesus.

Thanks a lot, she's gluten intolerant.
Agreed with others - there's no expectation that you are supposed to help pay for someone's wedding. This is a new concept that has seemingly been adopted by idiots.
Whatever, everything else tracks me already.
Yeah, kind of tough in Minneapolis too.
So glad I'm not the only one!

Jesus Christ. I only just now realized that that ad completely got me. I've been trying to get smooth armpits for a while now using Dove deodorant. WTF?! I feel COMPLETELY stupid! It's just like you see in movies or whatever. It was totally in my subconscious. Ugh ugh ugh ugh ugh.
I thought she literally meant 1985 and I was like, how old is Ryan Seacrest!?!
Interesting. The only thing that I don't do in her scenario is cover my hair, but I mostly wear it up. I must be hideous.
I actively don't look in mirrors, but that's because I have BDD or something. It's not fun!
I wonder what makeup could do for me. I don't really wear it. I guess I do sometimes, but I don't feel like it's that dramatic for me. Who knows, maybe I'm wrong. I used to tend to put really dark eyeshadow on and in pictures it looked horrifying.
I've always said that you can't be sad when you're eating a pancake. It's a thing of batter that you put on a pan and then eat!
Is she a writer? Isn't it "loath"?
As an American, I find it really offensive that you'd say this about 300 million people without meeting even a tiny percentage of us. I think that this post has proven that quite a few of us are NOT dumb.
Same here. I had no idea this was even an issue! So sad. How do people do their signatures now? Printing?
Yeah, it is tough to see them when they've had a hard time, and tough when they go home with someone if you've gotten to know them well. One of my favorites died unexpectedly one time, which sucked big time. Her name was Felicity.
Mine flicks his tail as a game for others. For instance, we were visiting my mom and her new kitten, and my cat would patiently sit there and flick his tail and the kitten would pounce on it over and over. He does it for people, too. I get the feeling that it's "grandpa" type behavior.
I used to volunteer at a feline rescue shelter, and if any cat was aloof, it was usually from previous abuse. I fostered a couple cats and one was SO scared that it took me 3 months to get him to come anywhere near me. He came from a meth house. I also got severely bitten by a cat there, but he has really bad health…
I call that "Butt-in-face". Really original!
