It's worth pointing out that while Bhuvana Sundaramoorthy "has a list," it is an excerpt from the book "The Accelerated Job Search" by Wayne D. Ford, Ph.D, published by The Management Advantage, Inc.

with POP access, you're only ever as far away as your offline client, plus the email remains accessible on the gmail servers... or are you lamenting your gtd system being offline?

Neat idea, but I don't know if my speakers or headphones are able to reproduce that range. I stopped hearing the pitch after 16,000 on the Creative speakers, but was only able to hear up to 15,000 on the Logitech headphones. Makes me wonder if the hardware topped out somewhere...

@Richard: All modern OS'es have built in support for Dvorak. It's just a matter of turning it on.

I've been using CutePDF Writer (free, not opensource) for printing. Would love to know if anyone has compared the three apps mentioned so far.

If you are learning to type, you should really learn the Dvorak layout. You'll be able to type faster, and your hands will thank you for reducing repetitive stress. Plus, it's way cool.

argh, those line breaks showed up in preview...
