This guy came under investigation in early 2016, his office was raided in 2017.  Let’s be clear, most of us haven’t known him as the “vaping Congressman” for quite some time.  Most of us have known him as a crook.

Let’s not forget that he tried to lay ALL of the blame for this on his wife, including his spending on trips with multiple side pieces...

Look, does the venture capital group that owns this site give folks enough time and space to do research? I think not.

This just strikes me as weird and rude, not charming.

At a certain point in the show, it’s easy to tell the writers were looking more into “What awesome and nasty thing can we get away with?”

I fucking LOVE Jill Biden. Why can’t she run?

If you’re going to do an article on comic books, you should probably do some research into them. Rorschach was not about Batman at all. This is before Frank Miller’s ‘The Dark Knight Returns’ made everyone write Bats all super dark and depressing. Rorschach was a stab at Steve Ditko and his Randian philosophy. All of

Marvel has the flawed, sometimes street-level take on superheroes. DC has the archetypes -the modern myth version of

I’d argue that the consistent quality and popularity of the Marvel characters makes them hard to parody well, whereas DC’s repeated, schizophrenic attempts to find the right tone makes them far easier targets.

It’s a show from the Roy Price era, and he’s out. He also allegedly meddled with the show to get his girlfriend cast as Ms Lint.

Have to admit, I’m still not entirely clear what Starlight’s actual superpower was. Seemed to be something with lights but still couldn’t tell. Then again, buy the end of the show the nihilism got exhausting to the point of unwatchability. I be in the minority on that opinion, but so be it.

While we’re discussing crazy diverse superhero shows, let me throw in that I absolutely adored Doom Patrol and I’m honestly sad that a show as inventive and often beautifully heartfelt as that probably never got seen because it was locked behind a DC universe subscription (my country doesn’t even have access to that
