Yup. They've proven they shouldn't be in charge of anything at this point. Their policies are just to keep themselves in power. 

Its not just that the FBI did essentially no investigation. It’s that they were ordered to do such a pathetic one, so McConnell and Graham could say there was an investigation, knowing it would be fruitless, and ram Kavanaugh through.

If unemployment is at historic lows (and there's data that says it isn't despite Trump's claims), we need more immigration.

He (well, his estate), lost a defamation suit to Jesse Ventura over claims in his book (which, Ventura has said, he didn’t do it to takr money from his family, he did it to defend his name). He made outrageous and false claims about shooting looters during Katrina.

That would be a victim statement and testimony. As opposed to physical evidence, such as semen or a recording. You can believe a victim without evidence, but it’s difficult to get a criminal conviction without evidence. Which is why many assaults aren’t reported and why many that are reported don’t have charges…

Things tend to sort themselves out. I really feel that Trump's legacy will bring down the Trump's, McConnell, Barr, and a number of other co-conspirators. Maybe I'm wrong, but this isn't the subtle crimes of even Dubya. This is blatant, and done to damage the Republic. 

They really need to take down Barr, who has committed a variety of crimes covering for his benefactor. 

And financial crimes tend to leave evidence. I believe kavanaugh is guilty of sexual assault, but there's been no evidence presented. But, hey, there was evidence Kavanaugh lied to Congress several times, and the Republicans in the Senate still confirmed him. 

I don't think all of them, but Trump has appointed, and the McConnell led Senate approved, a number of horribly unqualified judges, including kavanaugh. 

I think McConnell has done more damage to the Republic than Trump.
