No, it's not related to the Omni/Horizon. Those were Simca-based. This is basically a Lotus-powered Hillman Avenger/Plymouth Cricket.

Lagondas aren't meant to have Aston grilles, being a separate marque. That said it doesn't look a lot like a traditional Lagonda grille either.

Being a Lagonda, rather than an Aston Martin, I think this is meant to be a reinterpretation of the Lagonda grille, such as on this Lagonda DP115.
