My favorite is the "I've never lived in NY but I've eaten at all the famous pizzerias," review.

Is the show supposed to be a limited series?
I don't necessarily think that. I'm just saying that at the end of episode 2 he seems that way compared to Czernobog.
As opposed to one where he died, lol. I was trying to say that we saw him survive a lynching that should have killed him. But you are right. They are all brutal.
Troll harder. Or less. Probably less. Since you don't have anything to actually say.
Handmaiden's Tale is based on a book and you find out in the first episode what the show and plot is about.Same with GoT. So being based on a book isn't actually a defense. Have no problem waiting for a bit, but it could get old fast.
Nah, I got mad at you suggested I didn't understand what was happening. And that if I did, I wouldn't be disagreeing with you.
I get WHAT happens and WHY it happened but I do not think that the resolution for the episode 2 cliffhanger was satisfying.
Yes he appealed to Czernobog's insecurity. But we're talking about a…
Nah, I'll chalk it up to the irony of you telling someone else to pay attention and then completely missing what they said when others understood just fine. And I did catch that. Shadow had zero answers the first time. Even if Czernobog used a similar strategy, he defeated Shadow so handedly I wasn't all that…
This scene like the Bilquis scenes seemed more than just a romance scene. Or even a sexposition scene per GoT. There were some really great visuals and symbolism worked in. Fast-forwarding seems like a mistake.
That was my only point to begin with. And you tried to flip it like I just didn't catch that the hammer swing was postponed instead of fully cancelled. I have no idea about the direction of the head bashing. I just know a rematch with the only new stakes being "you get to swing twice," is kind of weak. Considering how…
I UNDERSTAND THE DEAL.
I just thought it ruined the tension that was set in the previous episode. I know they postponed the hammer swing. But "hey bout a rematch, if you win you get to swing TWICE." Was weak. You can disagree if you want, but don't try and make it like I'm not smart enough to know what happened on…
1. I have been paying attention. But thank you for that recap of what happened with Shadow and how he got out of getting his head bashed in at sunrise. If anyone was in doubt about that, they will have you to thank for that nice little synopsis.
2. I never said that I actually wanted it to happen. Just that the excuse…
I'm fine with having to decide for myself what the show is tryna ng to do. just don't want the show to become too indulgent in its own tropes. I could see the this show following into an issue of all style and no substance, should they let the plot linger for too long.
Lmao Skin was an X-Men never forget. I feel like those characters are there to just die tho. Which sucks
At some point is this show going to start telling us what it's actually about? Also I wasn't that big of a fan of the convinenent way they got out of Shadow not getting his head bashed in. Took the steam out of some great tension the last episode built towards. Good episode but they lost some momentum for me with this…
Antichrist seemed to be intentially more graphic than a lot of his work. I'm not saying it's the worst but some of the mutilation I'm Amtichrist is bad. But more like The Piano Teacher I don't think it's any worse than that scene if you've watched the Michael Hanwks film I'm referring to.
I've seen what you're referring to, and naw, Antichrist was worst. That fruit loop thing honestly didn't bother me. Was more amazing a woman coukd fit a horse speculum comfortably in her but. That jus seems like Pro pornstars doing Pro pornstar things.
I feel like it's only really implied that they maybe made so,e bad deals and it messed up their credit for loans, etc while trying to expand. But I didn't get the sense, or just missed, thst they were doing anything shady. Especially becasie they try really hard to pay back the money owed.
I don't see why they wouldn't go straight to the police. Like, "this dude is basically extorting me and my company and embezzling funds. Here is all the proof you need, lol."
How is Varga able to manipulate Emmit's assets so easily? So far Emmit only borrowed money. The hacking of their system is one thing, but Varga seems to be implying that he can show up in person and start changing Emmit's company with the bank, etc when Emmit isn't there.
