I tried to point that out to my daughter when she was learning to drive. “See all these people drifting around in their lane? They’re on their phone and think you can’t even tell.”

I was thinking the same thing. Every time I’m in the Sandusky, OH area I see them and look at them funny. As in a “WTF are they doing in this area?” sort of look.

Once there’s no longer enough room during the takeoff roll to stop on the runway, planes have to be able to take off and clear surrounding terrain with one engine not functioning. So no, not almost certain.

Does the computer get upset about the missing doors, or perhaps more likely, missing door handles, windows, and door closed sensors?
It didn’t occur to me until now that they probably chose to misspell it as “Chefs” because not enough people would notice an error if it was “Cheifs.”
I was proud of myself as a kid for figuring this out. Not because I spotted the disguise - I just happened to see the guy’s arms flailing around during some particularly crazy maneuver.
Some of the faster planes of the era could go supersonic in a dive. It generally ended badly because shockwaves would prevent the elevators from working correctly. So usually they’d stay in the dive . . .
Luckily I still have the crater base plates from my 80s space Legos, so I’ll have a little mound of dirt to park it on.
I put all my music on an SD card and keep it IN there. No I just play music off my phone because I got sick of updating the card.
