Why would you knowingly accept a car with defects and then KEEP it after the delivery person literally drops it on the ground?

It almost has to be car dealers.  They see everything as a threat to their monopoly.  One of them probably has a neighbor with a tiny truck and they now assume every house in the state has one.  

If they’re citing safety concerns as the reasoning behind banning these vehicles then they better start revoking all antique vehicle registrations on the same grounds.
