I don’t know if yoir comment is funny or sad. First off Google the word “literally.” Secondly, nothing is free. They probably waive the fee if you have them work on what they find, but they are not doing free 100 point inspections without getting something in return.

“Every time I bring my car in” sounds like you have a relationship with a service advisor who gives you free estimates as a courtesy because you’re a mark.

Charging for diagnosis and estimates? I get a 100 point checkup for free every time I bring my car in. They even tell me how much the stuff they flag will cost.  They literally go thru the car with a fine tooth comb looking for things to replace.

at some point maybe corporate America will realize selling $35-55k cars is difficult if there is no middle class
