There is no such thing as a digital antenna.  It is the same as it has always been. You need an antenna for the frequency you want to tune in.  For tv in the usa that is usually a vhf/uhf antenna.  The concept of a digital antenna is a marketing gimmick. 

There are a lot of issues with the IRS, but collecting unpaid taxes from the estates of the extremely wealthy is not one of them.
