Honestly if they plan on dropping the single player for last gen, they shouldn’t need a season pass. They should get everything multiplayer with that new price point.

It’s like that with most “passion” jobs. But actors and athletes get a following and a union to ensure they get paid.

I directed voiceover and mocap, and designed/wrote 3 million-selling games. And I can say from experience that voiceover work is the easiest, cushiest gig in all of video games. It requires little prep, the conditions are luxurious, and the pay is great.

And because his Gran Turismo games don’t feature dynamic damage modeling- he reasonably assumed that no real harm would come from crashing at high speeds. ;)

It’s not always all-nighters to meet the deadline. Sometimes you’re sent on location to racetracks or locales to get the scenery right, sometimes you shoot guns to get the right sounds. Sometimes you get to play with dogs to get the animations just right. To imitate life, one must study life.

You make a good point, the scale didn’t translate too well but the style did. The style is very much so represented in the game to the point that it's stunning. Not many games have better looking environments than Destiny.
