The repetition was part of it, as was the complete lack of variety in the music, but it was also the fact that what he talked about was completely at odds with not only the tone of the story, but the actual in-game events (something the game clearly TRIED to make sync up but failed miserably at).

Yeah it’s probably dynamesh. I work with animating these kinds of models and I can’t tell you how many times somebody gave me a Zbrush file expecting to just open it up in Maya with everything perfectly intact.
