Not a fix but my brother got stuck in snow and we grabbed all sorts of crap from his car and wedged it under the tires. We picked up said crap after he made it to high ground.

I’m not sure but I treat anything with less than four wheels the same (slow down, give room, pass safely if they are slower than traffic). And to clarify; I don’t disagree with those saying not to hit people with their cars, i just feel they should only be in the street when it’s legal to do so.
