What's the difference between the windows command line and powershell?

This is view-only for non-subscribers ? Blargh. I'm still not entirely thrilled with the idea of paying rent forever for software.

I use all that in Outlook. My workplace does Outlook, as I'm sure many others do. I have things categorized, and auto-categorized, and I like Outlook's ability to flag things for followup, which then sends it straight to my iPhone as a reminder. I don't do folders, though. It's only "inbox" and "archive" for me.

The robot monkey doth protest too much. The headline says "built-in".

Can any.do (or similar) handle natural language parsing? For example, if you type things like "next tuesday" or "every other thursday" will it understand? This is a feature that, when it works anyway, really makes it easier to get things noted on the list.

I'm all for more recounts on Lifehacker, especially when it comes to notes and (recently recounted) to-do apps. Some of the stuff on here has gotten a bit long in the tooth over the years, and during those same years there have been so many developments in those areas.

The full usage manual is no longer available at the address linked here, nor does it seem to be part of the GitHub wiki for the project.

The camera, arguably the thing you need most quickly, is still one of the longest-loading items on the list, followed by... the phone, arguably the main idea? :(

Yes it is. I enjoyed the conversational way that this works. It made it very easy to use. What a great idea.

I'm looking for a to-do app that has (all of) the following features:

I tried "The Secret Weapon" as a way to manage my notes in Evenote, and I did borrow a few of its methods, but... for me, Evernote seems best for managing notes, and I think of notes as something different from to-do items. I wonder, is there anybody else out there who has a good system for managing notes, as opposed

surely there's a math-minded someone reading this who can just post a formula we can use? waiting for that page to load is just too ironic for my tastes.

Looks like the site is down now. Are there new/better ways to learn and use latex now?

"mono" means "one" so that's confusing.

Perhaps as part of that daily re-writing, the author can elaborate on things like "this is hard" or "this is possible" or "you can too" but until then I've provided the following summary of this article.

Recently I've been toying around with git-annex-assistant which is an open-source, git-powered, dropbox-like way to automatically sync folders with version control. https://git-annex.branchable.com/assistant/

tl;dr: it's important to agree on stuff. like religion for example.

This method is ok, but it's just ok. Now that there are so many dedicated apps soporifically for managing tasks though, I feel like this is overly complex so I use a tasks manager for managing tasks.

What I'm looking for is a method for organizing *notes*. Reference and action are distinct, to my mind. Does anybody

oops. it looks like the site you linked to way too many times is in legal trouble. way to go there buddy.
