Justified is a great choice. I watched the first four seasons on Amazon Prime and the last two weekly. It's definitely one of the best shows not many people watched.

I actually liked the second season better.

I think Friends, while not at the top of the comedy pantheon by any means, was much better simply because it didn't fall into that horrifying sitcom pattern of: set up line, joke, set up line joke ad nauseum.

Normally, I wouldn't approve of such language, but I agree wholeheartedly with the sentiment. Just a great show.

I really wanted to love Bloodline, having high expectations because of the great cast, but I gave up after episode six. It's not like I don't appreciate drama that takes its time; however, Bloodline was just not that compelling. It seems like they were trying to create the same vibe that Rectify has, yet Bloodline

It's really worth it.

I do wish the writers had not veered away from the story about the start-up of the new law firm and instead descended into Alicia's run for states attorney. The political maneuvering was always much more interesting and fun when it was on the periphery or threaded through one of the court cases. Alicia's run for

Why? Joan seems quite happy with Richard.

Nice try, though.

I noticed it. That was a great shot.

You seem to think her life is over. Wrong. She took the rolodex.

You mean the end that you want to see. Fiction doesn't work that way.

I think that's what we all thought at first, but then it was made clear that that was not the case.

I voted for them in a comment farther down the thread. They really seem to have a deep connection that's grown into attraction.

I thought that too, but wouldn't be just too coincidental? I think it might be Matt Weiner toying with us.

I think the analysis is excellent on the whole. But there is something not taken into account with Peggy's decision to give her baby up for adoption. She made that choice in 1960, which was a very different world. A young, unmarried middle-class woman from a respectable Catholic family who got pregnant would either

They really got the look of that time right with her: NYU student on her way to hear Gloria Steinem give a talk at the 92nd St. Y.

Really? So why did he take Sally and her pals out to eat and then to the bus? Why was he making milkshakes with the boys? Why did he call them the night of the moon landing? Just because the show doesn't depict Don spending time with his kids doesn't mean he's not. It seems to me he's making an effort to stay

He didn't betray him, but he wouldn't fight for him against The Mountain because he knew he could easily die. Tyrion understood that, and they remained friends.

No way. She was very angry with Tyrion for sending her away in such a "mean" way; even though he did it to protect her. Then she was threatened by Cersei and her father, who knew about her from Cersei's spies. It's really tragic because they did love each other.
