Yeah, it’s too exhausting to put together a cohesive argument, that takes brain power. It’s easier to insult people I guess.

Getting someone to play for you is cheating but discrimination against people based on gender should be considered wrong. People would be up in arms if there were male-only tournaments. If gender is fluid, there’s nothing wrong with switching it to compete.

Setting aside Chappelle’s specific situation, this is a lesson that society as a whole would do well to absorb. Social media is not real life. Something “blowing up” on Twitter or Instagram still represents a tiny sliver of our 330 million population, and mostly the sliver that lives in their phones.

The gyros at Arby’s. Nobody ever has “gyros” and “Arby’s” in the same thought, understandably. But though they’re not quite as good as you’ll get at the local Greek restaurant or falafel truck they are pretty decent and will satisfy if you got a hankerin’ and there’s no real gyro place nearby.

I put the creamy jalapeno on just about everything

I hope she’ll end up as equally bad, horrible, and morally compromised as other GTA main characters. The kind of character that you know should be sent to jail for a lifetime, but you still kind of like nonetheless. Wouldn’t be GTA otherwise.

You are aware that there are a ton of women who are against abortion? I mean, you don’t have to agree with them, but to just think that they don’t exist is a bit ignorant. Remember, Trump had a ton of women voters, and the Dems blind eye to that is a big part of why he got elected.

Another political piece on what used to be a great car site. No matter what your politics are this used to be a place people could come together and read about cars. Now most articles are divisive clickbait. Erin you seem to miss the point of this site and aren't welcome here.

Depends on the car. An investigator’s car doen’t necessarily auto lock, patrol cars typically do, but not all. Either way, she jumped out of a moving car. Be it a cop car, an uber or other doesn’t really make a difference.

This is considered a domestic disturbance. Domestics carry the highest fatality rate of any call that police respond to. Think of how desperate you likely are if you’re calling 911 on a family member... Obviously something is not right or well with your family member. Largest budgets to train for mental health is the

And somewhere, J.J. Abrams weeps...

Somewhere, JJ Abrams is having a nervous breakdown and he has no idea why

Are the GDQs actually watcheable again?

I’m asking because I stopped watching them 2-3 years ago after Trihex was banned for the year because of a little mistake, that didn’t even have anything to do with the GDQs.

Well, that’s not the sole reason but that was where I drew the line after their measures over the years

Ban Cars doesn’t mean ban cars.

Counterpoint, by using the label “ban cars” all you’re doing is enraging the folks who need them and/or enjoy them, and often immediately putting them in a defensive position and creating an us vs them mentality, which we already have an overabundance of in the modern era. Most folks won’t be willing to listen to this

If your bar for danger is dissenting opinions then no place is safe so long as it's occupied by anyone who thinks.

It’s not transphobic to question the fairness of trans women competing against biological women. That’s called critical thinking or debate. It’s not inherently transphobic to have questions about something. Saying that is just a method to shut down meaningful debate.

Pretty much all current scientific research shows that trans females maintain a biological advantage for several years post op, even with reduced testosterone levels if they had gone through puberty as a male.

It is a tough situation. I want everyone to be able to pursue their goals, but I agree with the ruling. Transgender women who go through male puberty before transitioning have a natural advantage that is proven by science. It isn’t fairly to biological women to have to compete with them. Maybe we need new categories

I don’t even like Elon Musk, but this article is “journalist brain” at its worst.
