At least in Ford’s case, it has a new generation of small cars that have already been designed for the US, before they got the rug pulled out from under them. So if they need smaller cheaper cars, getting them to market would be quick and easy. GM? Not so sure.

I was referring to a fully loaded model. The XT6 SHOULD be cheaper across the board, considering.

For the typical kid shuttle duties these things commonly do, 400hp is excessive. Just saying Lincoln could’ve gotten away with a bit less power - at least for the lower trims. For $53k you’re getting a 2.0T in the Q7

Not complain about 400hp standard and an insane hybrid, but Lincoln could stand to add a more reasonable powertrain to the Aviator, maybe the 2.7TT with 350hp.

Park them right next to those unsold 2012 Lexus LF-A’s

These fast food companies need to stay in their lanes. We’ve got IHOP peddling hamburgers, Burger King selling tacos, KFC is putting cheetos on a chicken sandwich (something only Burger King should do) etc. What’s next, Subway adds a sushi bar? I get it, sales are tough. But at least go down with your head held high,

The common thread of gun violence in it’s many forms is NOT video games, it’s YOUNG MALES. Whether you look at shootings in our cities, Islamic terrorism, or white supremacist terrorism, it’s almost always a young male. Young men today are under employed, and have too much time on their hands to get into trouble or to

Yup, this logic just retreads the old Tipper Gore (Al Gore’s wife) campaign against music. The lyrics were turning kids bad.

This: “9 times out of 10, the reason there is an 18 (or older) car on a lot is because the car is crap. The options are wrong, the color is wrong, the design generally sucks etc.”

This entire article should win “comment of the day.”

The Veloster does look like a Kia Soul that’s been stepped on

FCA was feeling neglecting in the bad engineering nightmare stories department, that’s why they gave us the Alfa Romeo Guilia.

Yes, Toyota too. And they are so bad they borrow other automakers’ platforms to keep expanding (Mazda, Subaru, BMW)

I always wondered how the Germans were able to have this endless model proliferation, while the American and Japanese luxury brands had much more limited lineups.

Don’t mess with the people that cook (and deliver) your food. Common sense.

I think if you really do food delivery for a job, that you become immune to the smell of the food. That said, I did Ubereats for a while, and the way the restaurants bag the food varies wildly. I’ve had McDonalds fold over the paper bag and close it with stickers (one store even wrapped each soda cup in a plastic bag

There’s a difference. One is childish. The other is racist.

I struggle to understand things like this. Seems obvious that such a doll is a bad idea. Is it intentional racism or sheer stupidity?

That’s what you get when you rush an exotic car into production on a shoestring budget. Meanwhile, the money spent producing subpar vehicles like this could’ve been spent on maintaining Dodge and Chrysler’s lineups.

Most dealers have a minimum commission of $50-100 per car, regardless of the dealer profit. I am just remembering my days selling Fords. The dealer I worked at capped a salesman’s commission at $1000 on a GT500, even though the dealer marked the car up $15k
