Yes! So on your way home as you pass the grocery store your navi system can shout "Gallon milk, $2.99!!" at you. Perfect

you can definitely do that, if you want to spend the money. all the tech is out there lol

I didn't know it was a problem to only have my electronic thermostat programmed to set times for heating and cooling. I didn't real until just now that I needed my house to know where I was and adjust the thermostat accordingly. must.spend.money.on.useless.crap.....

Lost me at :32. Too stupid.

I'll admit to mindlessly fishing or herb gathering just max out those skills, but to do it as the sole way to level up? Good God I can't imagine why.

Subaru Forester XT

Thank you for stating and showing the obvious. LOL

Seems like in the era of higher gas prices and a focus on carbon emissions that small cars with tiny engines are just about to come into their own world wide. We are even buying tiny cars here in the US with the Fiat 500, and are about to see 3 cylinder engines go mainstream.

The only reason we can't have these cars is because US and EU won't harmonize the crash testing and emissions testing between them, so automakers have to do double work to certify cars on both sides of the Atlantic. Even standards between the US and Canada are slightly different for God's sake! We can all dream of

Everyone is worried that with such a radical shift the aluminum F150 will blow up in Ford's face. Looks like they've done everything they can to work out the kinks.

(meaning NEVER)

Not never

Detroit is actually a genius idea. Detroit is about to stage a comeback, what with a new mayor who actually wants to get shit done, the bankruptcy that will fix its finances, and loads of state and federal money coming in to help. The Olympics would be a great excuse for politicians to pour new money into the city

The trouble with Congress and politics in general, all in one article. Extremely long (self)serving politicians, nepotism, crime, sense of privilege (gov't owned Escalade??), and sheer laziness/incompetence (not being able to successfully and legally get 1000 signatures). That he was the second longest serving

I like the 2nd gen better than the first, until they started putting those stupid looking wheels from the top photo on it. Probe isn't the best name, but it was better than it being the Mustang...

They are CARS, not puppies. Relax people

I sold cars for 7 years. people bought cars without test drives all the time. Some I had to force to get in the car. And it's very common for people to make impulse purchases. Oh, and no matter where customers go, they are "just looking" and "this is our first stop." LOL. So many people waste hours and hours at

The sad reality is that there are only so many people who can buy cars like these, so they all buy them in the initial rush, then the automakers need to discount to keep the sales going, and eventually the cars get cancelled due to lack of profitability. I'm old and have seen it happen over and over during the last 30

Everything you mention is technically possible today. One thing that hasn't come up with the NSA controversy is whether they were tracking connected cars. After all, there are countless millions on the road today and even the ones without paid subscriptions are connected to their respective motherships. Who's to say

The "automobile of 1973" looks a lot like a current minivan with a touch screen dash. So they were off 40 years...
