Keep in mind, this is the state where you aren't allowed to pump your own gas. All the gas stations have attendants that pump it for you.
That's the whole point of this. Tesla CAN'T own the dealership, it has to be a separate business that buys the cars from Tesla wholesale and then sell them to customers at retail. The auto dealers in New Jersey are pissed that Tesla was selling direct to the consumer instead of through an existing dealer.
