did you check the bolt at the frame-side of the track bar? I had death wobble years ago on a TJ that turned out being a smaller than stock (diameter) bolt on that hole, so when I hit a bump the trackbar itself was able to move (and vibrate) due to the play between the bolt(‘s size) and the hole it was installed in.…
