You must have missed the aforementioned “DMV, local governments, etc” caveat. I hate printers and use them only when I’m forced to. Also a lot of business is still (bafflingly) done on paper, yes even in technology and modern fields. Don’t commingle the necessary use of a printer with a desire to continue to do so.
