You forgot two things. 1) to add /s and 2) FCA’s failed Chinese wrangler pandering.
Jeep has had some pretty good ones over the years: Rubicon, Safari. Granted, they may not live up to their names completely, but closer than a lot of others.
Trims should come in four levels only:
All these alphanumeric combinations make trim packages too confusing. Let’s make things a little easier to understand.
Brougham de elegance
And, not coincidentally, the vehicle also looks like a horrifying bowel movement.

The 2.4L turbo 4 will probably be fine. The reason most of their turbo engines end up needing rebuilding is because “enthusiasts” do questionable upgrades and end up blowing them.
Didn’t help when they released it with the (original) propeller grille:
lol....Subaru was very careful not to make the same mistakes with the Tribeca.
Holy crap, this is different from the pre-production prototype I’ve seen at work! Further evidence of how anonymous silver cars are and how color changes everything. I see a bit of Merc A-class (front, good) and Hyundai Elantra GT/Chevy Cruze/Mazda3 hatch in the back (indifferent). Also, that rear side window kink is…

As a follow up to my own question: The ICE will still be around for years and years. But with our increasingly electrified future, there needs to be serious thought as to how to include these users in any sort of tax base that helps pay for infrastructure as existing gas tax revenue falls.
That’s the key. If they had some way of showing everyone that all of that extra tax went directly to infrastructure projects I think people could swallow it. Gas Tax? Oh Christ no. Have you seen our vehicles?
Neutral: I could take some gas tax increase, but I think 25 cents is too aggressive. But if it really all went to our infrastructure and we finally got some stuff fixed I think I’d be game
