Part of the reason that I didn’t buy a Victory was the switchgear. Here in Canada they were expensive, but everything you touched felt like a $4k bike, not a $20k bike. When you cross-shopped between Victory and Harley, the Victory bikes never felt as nice as the Harleys even though they were nearly the same price.

As a fellow Saskatchewanite, I feel your pain. As a hater of the Caravan, I’m here for you. You ever had the power steering hose blow off on it when it’s -40c? That happened ALL THE TIME. Because they didn’t flare the metal part where it connected to the rack.

Dont forget the piece of junk that went into their 2500 & 3500 trucks in the 90s.

For the soap; I really like Meguiar’s Gold Class Car Wash available in Canada only at CT. Stuff is awesome. I also mix it REALLY strongly in a spray bottle for getting rid of bugs. Works really well if you spray and let it soak for a bit before the standard wash.

My BMW’s olm was recommending 30k km (about 18k miles) between oil changes. It never went that long though. I usually changed it once in between because I was paranoid.

I’d read that it’s the same transmission as in the Dodge HD trucks. Can’t remember where I saw that though, and it could be wrong.

This is gorgeous. The 458 didn't really resonate with me all that much. It wasn't bad, I just thought the little winglet thingys in the nose looked like some sort of weird facial hair. The nose of this looks very clean and purposeful...even if it does look a little bit like a Huayra...
