Publishing isn't the same "paying for exclusives". There's far more varied resources involved in publishing.

Who would've published Heavy Rain?

Quantic Dream doesn't own the IP. That's part of publishing. SCEE owns the 'Heavy Rain' IP.

Tales of Graces F is coming to North America some time next year.

I've said it before on N4G and here it is again: using Heavy Rain as an example for Sony makes a poor analogy. Because Sony published Heavy Rain, whereas Microsoft did not publish Tales of Vesperia (Namco Bandai did).

This is still a PS3 slim, just a slight revision.
