I don't think this constitutes badmouthing. It's just an opinionated analysis of the reality the Japanese 3DS launch faces.

360 did have a pretty good launch. Perfect Dark Zero, CoD2, Condemned, PGR3, and some original IPs like Kameo.

They have a Layton game. I think the situation could be much worse.
