“Alright, grandpa. So, in major league baseball, right?”
“Yeah.”
“There’s the National League and the American League.”
“Yeah.”
“And there’s the National League West...”
“Yeah.”
“And in the National League West is a team called the San Diego Padres.”
“BULLSHIT!!”

The clip of this stream is now the most viewed Padres’ highlight in a decade.

He should be taking lots of infield practice, cause he looks like dogshit at third base.

Also, 50ShadesofJimGrey deserves much praise for this gem:

I will say this. The greatest contribution Philip Rivers did as a QB and as a human being is be a real life version of animated Megaman

Nah.

First career homer was off Kluber. Next day, homered off Tomlin. First time the Tribe have seen them since that series?  First career homer away from Angels park, first career multi-homer game.  First career four hit game.  Arguably his three best games at the plate have come against the Tribe.  What I’m trying to say

I don’t ever go on reddit. It is a correct term for shrinking behavior in the vernacular of our time, but I could have just as easily have been talking about dogs ... you were the one that assigned the term to women. I am sorry you got worked up with enough faux outrage to comment. Now, you go back to whatever website

I don’t think this is that big of a deal. Now if people are threatening his life (I’m sure somebody has by now) then that guy has gone too far. But I don’t think that by yelling “You suck” you are quite as bad as a 17 year old who shit posts the N-word. And to compare this to a person rebuilding their life after

Players get booed. He'll get over it.

The edit won’t show up for a couple minutes, but as long as it says “your post was edited successfully,” you’re good.

Probably Brewers fans were just drunk

This one is pretty great as well.

Maybe it speaks to the lack of depth the D-Backs feel they have in their system, and/or their lack of confidence in their hitters. By most measures they are one of the worst offensive teams in the NL, and have succeeded largely by being a run-prevention team. Lovullo basically proclaimed he didn’t believe his hitters

Not to quibble, but I don’t think I’d call that pitch a meatball. Only 87mph, but the location was actually fine, right on the upper outside corner of the zone.

Mine is 3 years old and aside from occasional water spots it still looks new on the outside. My only complaint is it’s a bit of a task to clean after using, but mine has held the temp, all parts still operate correctly, and it takes up very little space. The only drawback I have from the actual smoking would be that

Uh oh, Brian McCann won’t approve of this.
