Same happened for me. Where I had them bend at 90º seems to be the main place where it comes unstuck. I took some duct tape to secure the corners and the center, and it doesn’t change the lighting at all. I bought these (short strip RGB) last time they were on sale and the adhesive kind of sucks. It feels very tacky, but even though I thoroughly cleaned the back of my tv and kept an appropriate temperature in the apartment, it fell off in less than a week. No easy fix to reapply. They look great as long as they stick!
