clearly the super difficult 6 hour raid that can be beaten in 45 minutes which needs 6 very coordinated players to even think about beating it, which can be beaten by 2 people is FAR too advanced for 6 random players to beat.

well said. Bungie just never had experience in making these sorts of games, and is why they seem so insecure about criticisms; because they don't know how to answer to them.
This is the sort of reason Bungie shouldn't be limiting the options for players trying to coordinate in-game to try and complete objectives. They claim it's for balance and because it'd be impossible to beat with random players or whatever. But that's bullshit. They're simply trying to pass the buck to someone else…
Mechanically, the game can be fiddly and annoying at times. The pathways feel pointlessly labyrinthine and the collision detection is finicky. But emotionally, it's meaningful and resonant. Despite itself, Spirits of Spring manages to be a beautiful game about surviving horrible things.
Give another couple months and it will be dead. Once the holiday games come out I honestly don't see this game holding a player base.
You were admonishing unacceptable behavior and in my mind, I am more concerned with parents who make the ill considered decision to put unprotected or unsecured photos of their kids on social media. Theirs is the behavio which I find irresponsible. I have no faith that the public at large will conform to a…
one person who uses 4chan does not mean this is 4chan. child logic right here
You guys pulling a CNN on us, and asserting that 4Chan is one person again?
That's the one time I think 4Chan is being set up. Several posters on /pol/ expressed agreement with Emma's speech, particularly because it didn't demonize men, as is the usual complaint about feminist speech.
Agreed. Thank you for being a reasonable person with common sense.
What's edgy about that? Seriously. It just seems like common sense to me: why spend my time worrying about something that literally does not affect my life in any way?
Yes. If, for example, they started sending these photos to people I knew and saying they were real or posting them somewhere where people I knew would see them, then I would have a problem. But just doing it their basement and sending it to other creepos? Could not care less.
Our NICU had cameras, so we could check in on our babies when we couldn't visit. My MIL about threw a fit when my husband told her about the cameras (which had a private username and pw, so we could control who had access—us, my parents, the in-laws). "What if someone hacks into the camera?" Then they'll see a baby…
That's an unnecessary escalation. The OP's point is valid - all of those photos are by default public. If you're going to share photos, know exactly who and what has access to them and if all else fail, print and mail those files old-school. Your child is invaluable to you; aren't the rights to their very image worth…
No it doesn't mean anyone deserves this, but on the scale of internet crime it seems pretty minor. If they were using stock photos instead of public instragram photos I don't think anyone would care.
I mean, I don't have or newborn baby and don't plan on having one for a long time if ever, so it's difficult for me to answer that question honestly. Right now I would say I think they are creepy, but I don't see how it affects my life. In general, I'm not a big internet-sharing person, so it's easy for me to avoid…
oof, baby rolls a natural 20. Critical hit, he pees all over you while you change his diaper.
In all seriousness, who gives a fuck? How hard is it to just not visit these forums? It's not like they're getting involved in these babies real lives at all, is it?
So do you use a d20 system for this? Or do I have to buy the custom fantasy flight dice? I just hope I can use a point-buy system for creating my baby characters.
I'm actually not bothered by this. I don't get why people would put pictures of their kids on social media and not expect weird shit to happen. HELLO people Instagram and all that garbage is PUBLIC. It's not like they got hacked and stolen. They offered the pictures to the world their own selves.
